1. About JOYT

JOYT – Joy Of Your Tails is a pet-focused brand offering products designed to bring comfort, style and happiness to pets and their humans.

Throughout these terms, “JOYT”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to JOYT – Joy Of Your Tails and its operating business, PRISMOTAILES LLP. “You” and “customer” refer to anyone visiting our website or purchasing our products.

2. Products & Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other details are as accurate as possible.

However:

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
Product measurements and sizing may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product images may include styling or presentation elements that are not included with the purchase, unless stated otherwise.
Product availability may change without notice.
Product images on our website may be AI-generated and are intended for illustrative purposes. The actual product may vary in appearance, colour, pattern, fit or other details from the images shown. Please refer to the product description and specifications for accurate product information. We always aim to represent our products as clearly as possible.

Please check the product description and size chart carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing the right size for your pet, contact us before making a purchase.

Nothing in this section limits your rights regarding products that are defective, incorrect or not as described.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We currently accept:

Credit and debit cards.
UPI.
Digital wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Online prepaid payments do not attract additional payment charges from JOYT. COD is available only on eligible orders up to ₹3,000, and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding with any revised charge or cancellation.

4. Placing & Accepting Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date contact and delivery information.

An order confirmation message acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify order details, particularly for COD orders.

We may decline or cancel an order for a valid reason, including product unavailability, an apparent pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by JOYT, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping across India on prepaid orders. Applicable COD shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

Within India: 5–7 business days.
International orders: 12–14 business days, subject to the agreed shipping arrangements.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For customer-related delivery failures, one re-shipment attempt may be offered for ₹199 for eligible prepaid and COD orders, subject to our Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy. Exchange-related re-shipment charges are governed separately by our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. Our cancellation, exchange, return and refund rules are explained in our separate Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

Key points include:

Cancellation requests may be made within 2 hours of placing an order, provided it has not been dispatched.
Eligible voluntary size exchanges must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery and are subject to the stated conditions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery wherever possible.
Eligible refunds are processed in accordance with our published policy and applicable law.

Please read the full policy before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When using our website or purchasing from JOYT, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
Use our website for lawful purposes.
Avoid fraudulent orders, misleading claims or misuse of our services.
Respect our intellectual property and website content.
Cooperate reasonably with order verification and delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against suspected fraudulent activity or misuse, subject to applicable law.

All JOYT brand names, logos, original product photographs, graphics, written content, designs and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially use these materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Placing an order does not transfer ownership of JOYT's intellectual property to you.

9. Website Availability & Security

We aim to keep our website accessible, accurate and secure. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update website content, product listings, features or services from time to time.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will make reasonable efforts to address issues that come to our attention.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party payment gateways, courier partners, website tools or other external services.

Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JOYT will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as external courier disruptions or temporary third-party service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer rights concerning defective, incorrect or misrepresented products.

We use customer information to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support and fulfil applicable legal obligations.

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts or consumer forums, as applicable. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory right to approach an appropriate consumer authority or forum.
